Pretty sure there are a few legion dodge classes. at level 80, yami no ronin is the best dodge class save chrono classes. If you get 6k ACs, you could go for chrono classes.

Vhl is usually considered the best since it’s really versitile but it only does the most dps when using dauntless. If you don’t have dauntless or other forge enhancements then Cav is way better.
